They were joining together for a publishing work of Encyclopedia Britannica concise in Malayalam by DC Books. After that project this group of Seema VM, Shaji M Joseph, Roy Thottan, Shobha Kurian, Suresh MR etc. were deciding to start a firm in Kottayam relate with Books and Library.

ഫ്രീ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ ?
ഫ്രീ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ എന്നാല്‍ എന്ത് ? മൂന്നാം ക്ലാസ് വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി നിരഞ്ജന്‍ മേനോന്‍ തന്‍റെ ഐ . റ്റി . മാഷിനോട് ചോദിച്ചു . " ഹായ് എന്ത് മണ്ടന്‍ ചോദ്യമാടോ ഇത് . ?" മാഷിന്‍റെ മറുചോദ്യം കേട്ട് മേനോന്‍ കുട്ടി നെറ്റിചുളിച്ചു . "എന്നാ പറ മാഷേ .. " മാഷ് അവന്‍റെ ചെവിയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു " എടോ ഫ്രീയായിട്ട് കിട്ടുന്നതാ ഫ്രീ.. സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ ആയാലും ശരി മറ്റെന്തെങ്കിലും ആയാലും ശരി". നിരഞ്ജന്‍ മേനോന്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ ചിരിച്ചു , മാഷിന്‍റെ അറിവിനെയോര്‍ത്ത് .
ചില ഫ്രീ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ - കള്‍ ലൈബ്രറി രംഗത്ത് ലഭ്യമാണ്. സോഴ്സ് കോഡോടുകൂടി വില്‍ക്കുന്ന സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ കളെയാണ് ഫ്രീ വെയറുകള്‍ എന്നുപറയുന്നത് . അതുവാങ്ങുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് പ്രോഗ്രാമ്മിംഗ് അറിയാമെങ്കില്‍ തന്‍റെ ആഗ്രഹത്തിനും ആവശ്യത്തിനും അനുസരിച്ച് സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ നെ റീ-ഡിസൈന്‍ ചെയ്തുപയോഗിക്കാം. അത്തരം സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ കള്‍ക്ക് വലിയ വിലയും കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട് . ലിനക്സ്‌ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു ലൈബ്രറി മാനേജ്മെന്‍റ് സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ നെ ക്കുറിച്ച് കേരളത്തില്‍ അത്തരം പ്രചാരണം വ്യാപകമാണ് .

Now (2012 July 1st Week) our team at NTPC Cheppad, Kayamkulam. NTPC has more than 5 libraries. All are research libraries having about 2000 books/records/drawings/film maps/projects/reports etc. It is a very difficult project to our team, for the subject of these materials are not familiar with them.

KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA No 1 Palakkade
Updating works of KV No.1, Hemambika Nagar-Palakkad started on 24.01.2011 Monday and finished on 26.01.2011 night. This library has 15, 500 books, 1850 Non-Books 28 Periodicals and numerous national dailies.

Poesy Village or Asan Kavyagram Anjengo
2011 January (10 days) project was at Kumaran Asan Janmasadabdi Smaraka Library in Anjengo, (Kayikkara) Thiruvananthapuram, the birth place of Mahakavi Kumaran Asan. Prof. S Sudheesh was the secretary to this charitable organization for several years. It is under the Department of Culture, Government of Kerala. Raneesh MR was in charge to this project.
Library has a collection of 7,500 books. Most of the books are in literature from malayalam and other language. Sri. Vyoma Soman (86), the librarian has a great role in to keep the library's development.
He is living with an inbuilt feeling that holding the spirit of Kumaranasan. Both having same birth star. We never seen such a dedicated person attached to a library. He doesn't have any awareness in library science or IT. Even if he doing all housekeeping activities manually in his own style or methods. But it shown better than any Library Science Degree holder's performance.
